Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Tightness Flow, part of the FaultFlow group, handles information when you use the Tightness Flow iPhone app or website. Questions can be sent to support@faultflow.co.uk.

Information in the iPhone app

The current iPhone app does not require an account and does not include advertising, tracking or third-party analytics. Calculations, test readings and saved property records are processed and stored locally on your device. They are not sent to Tightness Flow servers.

If you use the iPhone share sheet, the information you choose to share is passed to the app or person you select. Their privacy terms then apply.

Information on the website

Property records saved in the web app are stored in your browser's local storage. Hosting and security providers may process standard technical request information, such as IP address, device or browser type, requested pages and timestamps. Vercel Analytics is used to understand aggregated website usage and performance.

If account or payment features are offered and you choose to use them, the relevant account, database and payment providers may process the information needed to provide those services. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored directly by Tightness Flow.

Why information is processed

Technical website information is processed to provide, secure and improve the service. Where optional account or payment services are used, information is processed to deliver the requested service, manage the relationship and meet legal obligations.

Storage, deletion and retention

• Delete individual saved properties using the delete control.
• Deleting the iPhone app removes its locally stored app data.
• Browser data can be removed through your browser settings.
• Provider and account records are retained only as long as needed for the service, security, disputes and legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information, or object to certain processing. Email support@faultflow.co.uk to make a request. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes to this policy

This page will be updated if the app, website or their data practices change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of the policy.
